Fanja- Wadi bani Khaled & Wahiba sand
Early in the morning, we set out from Muscat for the Sharqiya region. Before continuing to the famous Wahiba Sands Desert, where you can drive off-road and witness limitless towering sand dunes, we stop for a little photo opportunity in the charming tiny settlement of Fanja. You may take in and enjoy the true essence and magic of the Omani desert here. If dates and Omani coffee are available, we will have the opportunity to visit a traditional Bedouin home. You can also drive to the dunes on a camel and snap many pictures.  We drive to Wadi Bani Khalid after completing this desert excursion; 
Take a journey to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman's largest wadis. The wadi canyon is stunning, and on its own it is amazing to look at with its incredible sheer sides and breathtaking crystal-clear water pools. But one can also sunbathe or swim in the calming, refreshing freshwater pool. The Wadi is expansive allowing you the chance to go farther inside or perhaps visit its secret caverns before we leave to travel back to Muscat
